  • Registration fee is nonrefundable but transferable.
  • All persons securing discounted lodging are REQUIRED to register. Or lodging will revert to Rack Rates
  • All Registration Levels include , Welcome Party/Happy Hours, Discounted Lifts and Lessons, Never Ever Lessons,  Racing, On Snow Fun Activities, Midweek Lunch Meetup, NBS Fundraising 
  • Please fill out all appropriate documentation on portal included with payment.
  • Lift Tickets and Ski Lessons are Non Refundable and Non - Transferable
  • Only credit cards will be accepted on the portal. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
  • Please be clear this is Early Season Warmup from the Eastern region of the NBS.  Homecoming is another great Snowsports trip put on by the Rocky Mountain and Mid-West Region of the NBS.  If you misregister events we cannot transfer your registration.
  • Please consider trip insurance to protect your trip investment there is  no "no snow "guarantees nor refunds for illness, tranport issues nor misregistration.
  • Individuals can transfer their registrations once using this link below

The Eastern Region or the National Brotherhood of SnowSports is looking to partner with you and your organization to support the Early Season Warmup Event and help your organization as well.  As such we have both Sponsorship Opportunities and Limited Vendor Opportunities for the Early Season Warmup Event.  Please email [email protected]  for more info on sponsorship and [email protected] for more info on Vendor opportunities.

  • Have your Company Brand and Logo advertised as the title Sponsor on all advertising. Access to email and digital media communications with event participants and NBS Eastern Region membship. Representing 20 member clubs with from Maine to Florida. We can directly reach ~3k individuals. We will provide 5 registrations to the event, discounted Hosing and a sponsors desk at registration and happy hours.

  • Sponsor one of the event at ESWU, Happy Hour (3), Registration/Opening Party, Mid Week Lunch Meet up. Have your brand listed as sponsoring the event. Three (3) registrations to the event, access to discount housing. Access to direct advertising to ESWU Event Participants. Direct Communication thru NBS Er Clubs representing ~3K individuals. Dedicated Branding and Merch Set Up at your sponsored event.

  • Have your Company Brand and Logo advertised as the Black Diamond Sponsor on all advertising. Access to email and digital media communications with event participants and NBS Eastern Region membership. Representing 20 member clubs with from Maine to Florida. We can directly reach ~3k individuals. We will provide 3 registrations to the event, discounted housing and a sponsors desk at registration . A sponsor table at 2 ESWU events.

  • Have your Company Brand and Logo advertised as the Blue Square Sponsor on all advertising. Access to email and digital media communications with event participants and NBS Eastern Region membership. Representing 20 member clubs with from Maine to Florida. We can directly reach ~3k individuals. We will provide 2 registrations to the event, discounted housing and a sponsors desk at registration . A sponsor table at 1 ESWU event.

  • Have your Company Brand and Logo advertised as the Green Circle Sponsor on all advertising. Access to email and digital media communications with event participants and NBS Eastern Region membership. Representing 20 member clubs with from Maine to Florida. We can directly reach ~3k individuals. We will provide 1 registrations to the event, discounted housing and a sponsors desk at registration .

  • Have your Company Brand and Logo advertised as the Contributing Sponsor on all advertising. Access to email and digital media communications with event participants and NBS Eastern Region membership. Representing 20 member clubs with from Maine to Florida. We can directly reach ~3k individuals. We will provide 1 registrations to the event, discounted housing and a sponsors desk at registration .

  • Sell your Merch or product at ESWU 2024. The NBS will provide you with space for your items at the registration room on Saturday and Wednesday. You will get 2 ads sent to the ESWU 2024 participant list. ! ad sent to the Eastern Region Membership list representing 20 club with a reach of ~3k individuals. Access to discounted Housing and early registration individual registration at all times

ESWU 2024 Event Volunteer Options

The ESWU 2024 can use some participant volunteer help with the evert.  Please sign up of some small tasks to help us with the trip and receive thank you gifts and the eternal gratitude of the region.  Many Hands make heavy work light.  The region would be deeply appreciative for any help that you can commit to inorder to support the event.

  • Help us set up can break down the Registration room Saturday and Wednesday. Or help check in participants

  • Help host set up and host the welcome party

  • Help us organize and support the happy hours

  • Help Us organize the NBS Snowball Fight

  • Suppport the Sunday Drum Circle Event

  • Help Us with the Mid Week Meet up

  • Help us Move, Set up , distribute and collect the Silent Disco Sound system

  • Post media posts on FB/Instagram/X before during and after the Event.

  • Take Pictures and Video of the events and save them to the NBS ER online shared folder

NBS LIFT Rental  and Lesson Rate ESWU  2024 

Purchase discounted Lessons and Rentals on the registration site and the info will be emailed with confirmation email after registration as well as in reminder emails.

  •  Lift Tickets - $100($81 + Tax and fees) per day Flat Daily Rate.  Order the number of days you intend to Ski/ride - Must be purchased by Nov 13th 2024 6pm est
  • Adult Full Day Group Lessons(Ski/Board) - $170.00(including tax and fees) per person per day (Lifts and Rentals not included) Pricing Subject to Change- Final Prince will be confirmed by Steam Boat in Oct.  This will be refundable up to 2 weeks after final confirmation
  • 3 Day-Never/Ever Learn to Ski/Board $750 (including Tax and fees) per person Lift/Rentals/Lesson included (no single day never/ever option available)  Pricing Subject to Change- Final Prince will be confirmed by Steam Boat in Oct.  This will be refundable up to 2 weeks after final confirmation

Rental Pricing. 

Ski and Board Rentals will be paid directly to the rental company.  Link will be sent out after registration is confirmed and when Steam Boat publishes the new link. ETA Sept
