Registration Fee: Nonrefundable but transferable (one time only).

Lodging Requirement: All persons securing discounted lodging must register. Otherwise, lodging will revert to rack rates.

Lift Tickets & Ski Lessons: Nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Payment Method: Only credit cards are accepted via the portal. A 3% processing fee applies.

Important Note: This registration is for the Early Season Warmup hosted by the Eastern & Midwest Regions of the NBS.

Do not confuse with “Homecoming,” hosted by the Rocky Mountain Region.

Misregistrations cannot be transferred.

Title Sponorship ($15,000.00*) + Fees and Processing

Happy Hour/Event Sponsor ($3,500.00*) + Fees and Processing
Sponsor one of the event at ESWU, Happy Hour (3), Registration/Opening Party, Mid Week Lunch Meet up. Have your brand listed as sponsoring the event. Three (3) registrations to the event, access to discount housing. Access to direct advertising to ESWU Event Participants. Sell your Merch or product at ESWU Domestic Edition 2025 The NBS will provide you with space for your items at the registration room on Saturday and Wednesday. You will get 2 ads sent to the ESWU 2025 participant list. 1 ad sent to the Eastern and Midwest Region Membership list representing 35 club with a reach of ~5k individuals. Access to discounted Housing and early registration individual registration at all times
