REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • All incentive registration fees are non-refundable, but transferable to another returning guest. 
  • Regular and Late registration fee is nonrefundable but transferable.
  • All persons securing Summerfest lodging are REQUIRED to register. 
  • All Registration Levels include Round Trip Ground Transportation, Summerfest Welcome Reception, Culinary Dinner Event and commemorative "swag" from the SF team.
  • Please fill out all appropriate documentation on portal included with payment.
  • Only credit cards will be accepted on the portal. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
  • Individuals can transfer their registrations once using this link below:

  • The Summerfest team will not be responsible for pairing pillows or roommates.
  • Limited additional nights (3) may be requested via email and are subject to availability.
  • Cannot guarantee suite selection to be near or on same floor as other guests.
  • Run of House rooms on 4th -11th floor. All have Ocean View. King or Double beds. King beds only in the Enclave Master Suite. Governor and Presidential Suites are not quoted for SF Room Block
  • Hilton Honor members will not be able to use nor acquire membership points for Summerfest group booking.
  • Prices listed are per person and include taxes, fees and gratuity. 
  • Processing fee is 3%.

    Come sail the day with Gil and his amazing crew on the Limo of the Seas! A 100 x 40-foot mega yacht fit for kings and queens. Enjoy a full day of libations, food by an in-house chef, music, snorkeling, and an on-site masseuse. Sailing to Los Arcos and the Yelapa waterfalls. Round trip transportation is included. Aqua chique swimwear is required. (Do your best!)

Summerfest 2024 Cancellation Policy

  •  Any cancellations between 90 and 61 days before arrival will incur a 1-night penalty. (April 27 -May 26)
  •  Any cancellations between 60 and 46 days before arrival will incur a 2-night penalty. (May 27– June 10)
  •  Any cancellations between 45 and 31 days before arrival will incur a 3-night penalty. (June 10 -June 24)
  •  Within 30 days before arrival, any cancellations or no-shows will be 100% non-refundable. (June 25-July 25)
  • Cancellation notice must be received immediately and in writing via email to both Maxine Spence and Angela Foster. [email protected]
  • Canceled suite reservations will return to the Summerfest room block and be awarded to waiting list occupants accordingly. Again, Incentive registration is for returning Summerfest 2022 and 2023 guests. Should a returning guest cancel, that incentive registration is nonrefundable and may only be transferable to another returning guest. Regular registration is nonrefundable but transferable.
