REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • All incentive registration fees are non-refundable, but transferable to another returning guest. 
  • Regular and Late registration fee is nonrefundable but transferable.
  • All persons securing ESWU European Edition lodging are REQUIRED to register. 
  • All Registration Levels include  ESWU Welcome Reception, Culinary Dinner Event and commemorative "swag" from the ESWU Europe team.
  • Please fill out all appropriate documentation on portal included with payment.
  • Only credit cards will be accepted on the portal. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

ESWU European Edition Lodging Info

  • All registrations are transferable but not refundable.
  • The ESWU European Edition  team will not be responsible for pairing pillows or roommates.
  • Cannot guarantee suite selection to be near or on same floor as other guests.
  • Prices listed are per person and include taxes, fees and gratuity. 
  • Processing fee is 3%.


Lodging Payment Plan

  • $400 per person Deposit Due at Registration
  • $500 per person 2nd payment March 30 2025
  • $500 per person 3rd payment June 15th 2025
  • $500 per person 4th payment  August 15th 2025
  • Final Balance due Sept 15th 2025

  • Double Occupancy Rate is per person. Room mates should register together is possible.

ESWU European Edition 2025 Cancellation Policy

Please Consider Travel Insurance to protect your trip.  Either thru the NBSER registration site at the time of registration or thru your own insurance.

  • Up to 91 days prior to arrival: no penalties, $35 per person resort fee
  • From 90 Days to 61 Days prior to arrival: 25% Penalty Fee + $35.00 per person resort fee 
  • From 60 Days to 46 Days prior to arrival: 50% Penalty Fee + $35.00 per person resort fee 
  • From 45 Days to 0 Days prior to arrival: 100% + $35.00 per person resort fee 
  • Cancellation notice must be received immediately and in writing via email to the ESWU European Team leaders [email protected]
  • Canceled suite reservations will return to the ESWU Eurpopean Editon room block and be awarded to waiting list occupants accordingly. Again, Incentive registration is for returning ESWU Steamboat 2023 and 2024 guests. Should a returning guest cancel, that incentive registration is nonrefundable and may only be transferable to another returning guest. Regular registration is nonrefundable but transferable.
