Registration fee is nonrefundable but transferable.
All persons securing discounted lodging are REQUIRED to register. Or lodging will revert to Rack Rates
All Registration Levels include , Welcome Party/Happy Hours, Discounted Lifts and Lessons, Never Ever Lessons, On Snow Fun Activities, NBS Fundraising

Lift Tickets and Ski Lessons are Non Refundable and Non - Transferable
Only credit cards will be accepted on the portal. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee.
Please consider trip insurance to protect your trip investment there is no "no snow "guarantees nor refunds for illness, tranport issues nor misregistration.

The Eastern Region or the National Brotherhood of SnowSports is looking to partner with you and your organization to support the Winterfest Event and help your organization as well. As such we have both Sponsorship Opportunities and Limited Vendor Opportunities for the Winterfest Event. Title Sponorship ($15,000.00*)+ Fees and Processing
Have your Company Brand and Logo advertised as the title Sponsor on all advertising. Access to email and digital media communications with event participants and NBS Eastern Region membership. Representing 20 member clubs with from Maine to Florida. We can directly reach ~3k individuals. We will provide 5 registrations to the event, discounted Hosing and a sponsors desk at registration and happy hours.
Happy Hour/Event Sponsor ($3,500.00*)+ Fees and Processing
Sponsor one of the event at winterfest, Happy Hour (3), Registration/Opening Party, Have your brand listed as sponsoring the event. Three (3) registrations to the event, access to discount housing. Access to direct advertising to Event Participants. Direct Communication thru NBS Er Clubs representing ~3K individuals. Dedicated Branding and Merch Set Up at your sponsored event.
Black Dimond Sponsor ($7,500.00*)+ Fees and Processing
Have your Company Brand and Logo advertised as the Black Diamond Sponsor on all advertising. Access to email and digital media communications with event participants and NBS Eastern Region membership. Representing 20 member clubs with from Maine to Florida. Blue Square Sponsorship ($3,000.00*)+ Fees and Processing

Winterfest Vendor Registration ($500.00*)+ Fees and Processing
Sell your Merch or product at Winterfest. The NBS will provide you with space for your items at the registration room on Saturday and Wednesday. You will get 2 ads sent to the Winterfest 2025 participant list. ! ad sent to the Eastern Region Membership list representing 20 club with a reach of ~3k individuals. Access to discounted Housing and early registration individual registration at all times

Winterfest 2025 Event Volunteer Options

The Winterfest 2025 can use some participant volunteer help with the evert. Please sign up of some small tasks to help us with the trip and receive thank you gifts and the eternal gratitude of the region. Many Hands make heavy work light. The region would be deeply appreciative for any help that you can commit to in order to support the event.

Additional Information:

Lodging Rates are per unit per night and subject to Sunday River resort service fee of 12%. Lodging rate and service fee are subject to current Maine state lodging tax of 9%. Total tax and service fee per room equal approximately 22%. Percentages are subject to change depending on current federal, state, local laws, and resort policy. Limited Cribs and cots are available at hotels and Snow Cap Inn for a s20 daily fee.

Rates include Resort fee 13% (taxable) and Tax 9.0% which totals 22.% per room per night

NBS LIFT Rates Winterfest 2025

Lift tickets are available to the Group at the discounted rates below. A group link and validation code for individuals to purchase online via email after registration. Discounts will not be honored at lift ticket windows. Please guests are reminded to keep their RFID Card for future use. Lift ticket rates below are valid for use as of March 7 2025.

SKI AND SNOWBOARD RENTALS:

Ski and snowboard rental packages are available at 20% off our retail rates. A a unique link be shared with the attendees after registration. Rates are available for online purchase only and will not be honored on property.

SNOWSPORTS SCHOOL:

• Adult 2-our Ski & Snowboard Lessons for ages 14 and up are offered at 20% off our retail rates.

• First timers: we recommend our Adult First Experience Lesson.

• Lessons dates and times are subject to availability and may be limited during weekend and holiday periods.

• Discounts are not offered on Kids Ski & Snowboard Lessons, Private Lessons and Adult First Experience Lessons. Please book these directly on line through our Sunday River Snowsports School.
