  • All incentive registration fees are non-refundable, but transferable to another returning guest. 
  • Regular and Late registration fee is nonrefundable but transferable.
  • All persons securing Summerfest lodging are REQUIRED to register. 
  • Iberostar Travel Club members are required to book lodging directly with Iberostar and pay the appropriate Summerfest Registration via this portal. (www.Iberostartheclub.com) 
  • All Registration Levels include Round Trip Ground Transportation, Summerfest Welcome happy hour, special group dinner party and a commemorative gift bag from the SF team.
  • Please fill out all appropriate documentation on portal included with payment.
  • Only credit cards will be accepted on the portal. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

    Regular registration fee is nonrefundable but transferable

Summerfest 2023 Cancellation Policy

  •  Any cancellations between 90 and 61 days before arrival will incur a 1-night penalty. (April 29 -May 28)
  •  Any cancellations between 60 and 46 days before arrival will incur a 2-night penalty. (May 29 – June 12)
  •  Any cancellations between 45 and 31 days before arrival will incur a 3-night penalty. (June 13 -June 27)
  •  Within 30 days before arrival, any cancellations or no-shows will be 100% non-refundable. (June 28-July 28)
  • Cancellation notice must be received immediately and in writing via email to both Maxine Spence and Angela Foster. [email protected]
  • Canceled suite reservations will return to the Summerfest room block and be awarded to waiting list occupants accordingly. Again, Incentive registration is for returning Summerfest 2022 guests. Should a returning guest cancel, that incentive registration is nonrefundable and may only be transferable to another returning guest. Regular registration is nonrefundable but transferable.
