Registration & Lodging Policies

All registrations are transferable. All registrations refundable up to December 15, 2026.

The Summerfest team is not responsible for pairing guests with roommates or assigning roommates.

Roommates are requested to register at the same time.  

Up to three (3) additional nights may be requested by email and are subject to availability. Additional nights do NOT Include Meal Plan.

We cannot guarantee rooms will be located near or on the same floor as other guests.

Bedding preferences may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Four Seasons members will not be able to use or earn membership points for Summerfest group bookings.

All prices listed are per person and include taxes, resort levy's, and service fees.

A 3% processing fee, plus applicable Webconnex fees, will be added to all registrations.

Summerfest 2027 Cancellation Policy

•  Any cancellations between 90 and 61 days before arrival will incur a 25%-penalty. (April 24 -May 23)
•  Any cancellations between 60 and 46 days before arrival will incur a 50%- penalty. (May 24– June 7)
•  Any cancellations between 45 and 31 days before arrival will incur a 75%- penalty. (June 8 -June 22)
•  Within 30 days before arrival, any cancellations or no-shows will be 100% non-refundable. (June 23-July 22)
• Purchase Protection and/or TRIP INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED (Allianz Travel Insurance preferred)
• Cancellation notice must be received immediately and in writing via email to [email protected]
• Canceled suite reservations will return to the Summerfest room block and be awarded to waiting list occupants accordingly.

Please review and save your confirmation email. You will need it to access your registration information later.

2. Create Your Login and Manage Your Registration

Your confirmation email will include a link to create a login for the Summerfest 2027 registration site. Once your login is set up, you can return to your account to:

Update your registration information and reservations

Transfer your registration, if needed

3. Download Your Waiver

You must download your waiver. The waiver link is included in your confirmation email.

4. Return to Your Registration Account

Thursday-July 22, 2027- Arrivals (Robert L Bradshaw International Airport-SKB>to Christophe Harbour>Four Seasons Launch Water Taxi Service to Four Seasons Resort Nevis)

Private Group Check In- 10:00 am-4:00 pm- Hamilton House

* Meet and Greet @Sunshines Beach Bar & Grill - 7:00 pm-until

*Nevis Day excursion- Alexander Hamilton Birthplace/Nevis proper 9:00 am-2:00 pm

1 Hour Deck Reception-OTD Bar- 6:00 pm -7:00 pm
